Gestión de documentos
The following Documento extensions are available as an in-app purchase from the section Extensiones Safe + in the Safe + Ajustes:
- PDF, RTF and TXT
- iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
- Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
If you already purchased an extension on another device, you can activate it using Restaurar las compras.
Importing Multiple Documentos at Once
You can import multiple Documentos at once from the Importación menu below the list view.
Use the Importer documentos action to import Documentos from the Archivos app.
From the Archivos app you can access Documentos of other apps or Documentos located on iCloud Drive.
You can also copy Documentos from you computer to the Safe + folder using iTunes Archivos Compartidos:
Creating an Artículo with a Documento
When you create a new Artículo, you can use the corresponding Documento Artículo icon (located in …) to create an Artículo for a Documento.
You can also add Campos de Documento to any Artículo.
In Editar mode, an import button appears on the Documento. Imported Documentos are not automatically deleted, which must be done manually if necessary.
In normal mode, an export button will appear as soon as a Documento has been inserted. Then you can also switch to full screen view by selecting the Documento.
Transferring Documentos from other Apps
Some apps offer a Share or Open in… feature that lets you transfer a Documento to Safe +.
